Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users can request the deletion of their personal data obtained through Facebook Login (Facebook SSO) when using our VS Brand Factory store.

Our store respects your privacy and complies with Facebook Platform Rules. When you sign in using Facebook Login, we only receive the information required to authenticate you and operate your account—typically your name and email address.

If you would like to delete your data retrieved via Facebook SSO, follow the instructions below.

1. Facebook Data Deletion Request

If you want to remove the data your account has shared with our Shopify store via Facebook Login, you may submit a deletion request in one of the following ways:

Email Request

Send an email to Support@vsbrandfactory.com with the subject “Facebook Data Deletion Request”.

Please include:

• Your full name

• The email associated with your Facebook account

• Any order ID (if applicable)

We will delete the data stored on our systems and confirm once completed.

Note: Shopify may retain some information (e.g., order data) as required by law or for tax/accounting compliance.

2. What Data Is Stored?

When you log in using Facebook, our Shopify store may store:

• Name

• Email address

• Customer account data (orders, preferences, etc.)

We do not access your friends list, messages, or any sensitive Facebook data.

3. Data Retention Period

Your Facebook-provided data is kept only for:

• The duration of your active customer account, or

• Until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

Legal or financial transaction data may be retained as required by law.
