Shipping policy

  1. Default Shipping Service

    • By default, all orders are shipped through India Post Domestic Courier Service.

    • India Post shipping costs are solely based on the weight of the order and are included in your order total.

  2. Alternative Shipping Services

    • In certain cases, we may ship through alternative courier partners (such as DTDC, Trackon, Professional Couriers, First Flight, etc.), for example:

      • If faster delivery is required,

      • If your pincode is not serviceable by India Post, or

      • Any other valid logistical reason.

    • If the change of courier partner is initiated by Technical Kisan, the customer is not liable to pay any additional charges.

  3. Customer-Requested Shipping Change

    • If a customer specifically requests delivery through a private courier instead of India Post, additional charges may apply if the courier’s fee is higher than the standard India Post rate.

    • Such extra charges (if applicable) will be communicated in advance and must be paid before dispatch.

  4. Delivery Timelines

    • Delivery through India Post may take up to 14 working days depending on your locality.

    • Delivery through private courier partners is generally faster and is usually completed within 10 working days.

  5. Return Shipping

    • To exchange a product, you should mail your item to the address provided by our support team at the time of approval.

    • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an exchange is approved and shipping costs were incurred, they will not be reimbursed.
