Exchange Policy

We do not accept complete returns of goods once delivered.

An exchange is allowed only in cases of:

Product mismatch

Receipt of a defective product

Exchanges are strictly subject to product availability in our stock.
Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, expired, or mismatched.

To request an exchange, email us at support@technicalkisan.com or call us on our support helpline.

The item must be shipped to the location confirmed by us via email or call.
Exceptions & Rules:

All items for exchange must be unused, in their original condition, with labels and packaging intact, and not tampered with.

Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable by our logistics partner.

If a purchased product included a free gift/offer item, you must also return the free gift(s). If not returned, the MRP of such items will be deducted before issuing the replacement.

If you choose to self-ship the item for exchange, kindly ensure secure packing. We recommend using a reliable courier service to avoid damage or loss.

Products must be sent for exchange within 3-5 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for processing the exchange.
Refunds (only in limited cases)

Refunds are not offered for delivered goods.

A refund will only be initiated if:

A product cannot be exchanged due to unavailability of stock, or

A product is not dispatched within 10 days of receiving the order (due to unavoidable circumstances).

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company, as processing may take some time.

Contact your bank for delays in posting refunds.
